The Pioneer Baptist Church in Newberry, SC and Pastor Bill McDonald will be hosting for the June S.C. Baptist Fellowship Meeting on June 3rd, 2002. The meeting will start at 2:00 PK and will break at 5:30 for a meal. Preachers will be called from the floor.

Directions to the church: From Greenville, SC, go south on I- 385 to East 1-26 to exit #72 or highway 121. Turn right at the exit toward Newberry. Continue on 121 about 4 miles to the second traffic light and turn left. This will be Pope Street. The church is on the left. From Columbia go West I-26 to exit #72 or highway 12 1. Heretofore the on-line version of the Trumpet has been freely available and it has become a very popular Internet site. We are very glad to have picked up many new readers through this ministry, but we have started to lose subscriptions to the printed version of the Trumpet as people have found they can get the same content for free on-line. On Sunday, June 2nd, 2002, Faith Baptist Church in Laurens, S.C. will hold their fourth annual God and Counhy Service. Evangelist Phil Vidd will be preaching. Services begin at 10:30 AM and will be followed by dinner on the grounds and an afternoon service.

4th Annual "Young Preachers Jubilee" - Lighthouse Baptist Church, Laurens, SC - June 7-9. Supper will served at five o'clock and then preaching will last until around 9:30PM on Friday.
