"Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As a nation becomes corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters." - Benjamin Franklin
On a recent radio broadcast, popular Southern Baptist pastor/author Charles Stanley said that God will not send people to Hell if they have never heard the Gospel. Following is an extract: "...would God send somebody to Hell because they did not receive Jesus whom they never heard about, never had the privilege of knowing about? And my answer is: No, He would not" (Stanley, In Touch Ministries, "Reconciling God's Love with His Justice," July 31, 2001).
Have you ever noticed that those who are the most opinionated are usually also the most easily offended? It's kind of ironic isn't it? Those who hurt more feelings than anyone usually get their feelings hurt more than anyone!
Enjoy the little things, for one dav you may look back and realize they were the big things.
